Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, checks, and cash.

Cancellations
Please allow us 24 hour notice if you are unable to make your set reservation time.

No Show and Scheduling
FOCUS does require a credit card on file in order to schedule reservations. If a guest is a no show or last minute cancel, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service price to the card on file, for all reservations scheduled.
